This Privacy Policy is provided by Studio Macor in accordance with article 13 of EU Regulation 679/2016 (hereinafter referred to as “GDPR”) to explain how we use your personal data and illustrate your rights.

The Data Controller for the processing of your personal data for the purposes under article 2 below is Studio Fotografico Macor, represented by Mr. Giuseppe Macor (VAT No. IT03365590961), with registered office at Via Vespri Siciliani 12, 20146 – Milan (Italy) (hereinafter respectively referred to as “Studio Macor” and the “Controller”).
2. Purposes and means of processing
2.1 Studio Macor collects and processes your data for the purpose of responding to your requests/queries as submitted through the contact means (e-mail, telephone, etc.) provided on our website https://www.studiomacor.com/ (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”), to complete the assignment for which you have hired us and to provide the services agreed (hereinafter referred to as the “Contractual Purposes”). Any connected activities (payments, shipping, etc.), plus any and all processing activities as may be required to comply with legal obligations (accounting, tax, etc.) shall also be included. Collection and processing of your personal data for the Contractual Purposes may take place without your express consent.
2.2 The following processing activities involving your personal data, for purposes other than the Contractual Purposes, require your prior express consent:
a) to publish photographs and/or videos of you in the “GALLERY” section of our Website or on other electronic (e.g.: Facebook, LinkedIn, Youtube) and/or traditional channels for promotional reasons;
b) to show and/or send photos of you to third parties for promotional reasons;
c) to send you information regarding the services offered by Studio Macor, plus any additional initiatives, including of a commercial nature, undertaken by the same, through electronic and/or traditional communication means (the processing activities listed under items a), b) and c) above are hereinafter collectively referred to as “Marketing Purposes”).
Studio Macor will ask you if you wish to give your consent to the processing of your personal data for the above Marketing Purposes at the time of hiring or at a later time. Your legitimate right to refuse consent in relation to one or more Marketing Purposes shall have no effect on the processing of your personal data for Contractual Purposes.

The data collected for Contractual Purposes are stored for the period of time required by the applicable law for legal and tax purposes.
The data collected for Marketing Purposes are stored for the period of time required for the specific purposes and in any case for no longer than 5 years.

Provision of personal data for Contractual Purposes is mandatory. In particular, failure to supply some data could make it impossible for Studio Macor to complete the assignment and/or services.
Provision of personal data for Marketing Purposes is not mandatory. Failure to supply such data does not affect the completion of the assignment and/or services, but prevents Studio Macor from carrying out the specific activities under items 2.1. a), b) and c) above, for which consent is rejected.
7. Categories of recipients of personal data
Studio Macor may communicate your personal data to the following recipients:
· employees and/or contractors working for Studio Macor for the purpose of completing the assignment (e.g.: photographers, video operators, printing labs, etc.);
- advisors (e.g.: legal, financial, tax, etc.);
- service providers (e.g.: website administrators, IT consultants, shippers, post offices, WeTransfer, etc.);
- banks, payment processing companies, insurance companies, public authorities.
Some of the above-mentioned recipients will process your personal data in their capacity as processors appointed by Studio Macor, within the limits of the instructions received from the Controller; others will act in their capacity as independent data controllers.
8. Special categories of personal data
Personal data qualifying as “special categories of personal data”, that is those data which reveal racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade union membership, genetic data, biometric data for the purpose of uniquely identifying a natural person, data concerning health or data concerning a natural person’s sex life or sexual orientation, as under articles 9 and 10 of GDPR, may only be processed with your prior express consent in writing.
9. Circulation of data – Transfer of personal data outside the EU
Your photographs may be circulated exclusively with your express consent for Marketing Purposes as under items 2.2.a) and 2.2.b) above, in the specified manner. No personal data other than said photographs will be circulated, unless otherwise specifically authorised by you from time to time.
Transfers outside the EU will only take place with the adequate levels of protection and safeguarding of your personal data, in accordance with the applicable law.
10. Rights of the data subject
In accordance with articles 15 to 22 of GDPR, you may, at any time, exercise the right to:
(a) obtain confirmation as to whether or not personal data about you are being processed (right of access);
(b) obtain access to the following information: purposes of processing, categories of personal data, recipients or categories of recipient to whom your personal data have been or will be disclosed and, where possible, the period for which your personal data will be stored;
(c) obtain rectification of any inaccurate personal data and to have any incomplete personal data completed;
(d) obtain restriction of processing in the cases listed under sub article 18 GDPR;
